Question 1

How many photos can I upload?

Accepted Answer

You can upload between 3 and 5 travel photos per reel. We recommend uploading all 5 photos for the richest storytelling, as each photo becomes a cinematic scene in your reel.

Question 2

How long does it take to generate?

Accepted Answer

Most previews are ready in about 2 to 3 minutes. Full reels may take a little longer depending on demand. But you don't need to wait. We will email you when your reels are ready.

Question 3

Do I own the finished reel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely. Once you purchase, the video is yours. Download it, share it, post it, or even use it commercially.

Question 4

What happens to my photos after processing?

Accepted Answer

Your photos and associated metadata are securely stored so you can access your reel later and use future CartoReel features. We may use information derived from your photos, such as location and usage data, to analyze and improve CartoReel and develop new features. Your photos may be processed by trusted service providers as needed to provide CartoReel's features.

Question 5

Do I need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. Just enter your email and we'll send your reel when it's ready. No passwords or accounts required.

Question 6

Can I share my reel on Instagram or TikTok?

Accepted Answer
